Our Mission
Stepchange Development will provide much needed Media, Information, Communications and Technology related internship opportunities to unemployed young South Africans. Through gaining knowledge, experience and skills in day-to-day practical work related activities the interns will become valuable young assets to future employees and will be able to enter a structured career path with confidence.
What We Do
STEPCHANGE DEVELOPMENT has been established to allow work related practical exposure and training opportunities through Internship and Learnership programs to the unemployed youth with the aim of creating employment.
Our Aim
In order to take South Africa forward and make our Country Globally competitive, our youth require extensive skills and training, particularly in the media, information, communication and technology sectors.
